Our Quality Policy

Our Quality System defines the framework and the policy that have been implemented to comply with requirements and the standards API-Q1 8th edition and ISO 9001-2008.

The Quality Audit Plan provides a means to regularly evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of our processes and in the pursuit of continuous improvement.

The application of our Quality Policy guarantees that our aim is to constantly improve our work methods and the final quality of our products and services.

The training needs for our employees are identified by regularly evaluating their comprehension and adherence to the SERCO Quality Policy for processes and procedures.

Areas 1: An active marketing policy, based on the optimal quality of our Products and our Services, to satisfy customers and develop a long time reputation for providing quality products and services.

Areas 2: An active policy of cost reduction to increase margins and profitability:

  • Manufacturing optimization
  • Strive for zero defects
  • Control purchases and suppliers
  • Stock control

Areas 3: An active policy where the Health, Safety and well being of our personnel has on overriding priority over all other actions.

The policy is displayed through objectives and targets which are communicated and followed by all process driver custodians. The QHSE leader compiles and analyses information from internal audits and constant feedback from process driver custodians. He reports and communicate the results to the process drivers and Senior management during regular Management reviews and Quality meetings, where new actions and objectives are planned.

The General Manager ensures that the QHSE Leader has the overall authority and independence to implement the Quality Policy.

The SERCO Quality Policy is revised annually for its adequacy during Management Reviews

The General Manager reviews and approves all revisions prior to inclusion into the Quality Manual.
