Production Facility

Our pride is our facility built to the highest European quality standards and commissioned in December 2011. The total area under roof is 5200 square meters.

A fully automated OCTG finishing line takes one third of floor space in our facility. All components of the line are engineered and produced in the European Union. Depending on the size mix, annual production capacity exceeds 100000 tons of casing and tubing. The range of OCTG sizes processed is 2-3/8” through to 10-3/4” OD.

Another OCTG finishing line is dedicated to the processing of larger sizes, in the range of 9-5/8” through to 20” OD.

To ensure self-sufficiency of the two OCTG lines in supply of couplings, there are two high speed and fully automated coupling cells made in the EU and covering the entire range of sizes to API 5CT. These cells can be also engaged in manufacture of other machined products, for example, drill bit shanks. The rest of the equipment on the floor include stand-alone CNC and conventional lathes, painting and chemical treatment lines, bucking line, etc.

After processing, all casing and tubing goods are stored in our own premises till dispatch to the customers. More than 10000 tons of casing and tubing can be stored at any time, with an open air storage area exceeding 15000 m².
